Great base & Sea views in Margate.Huge open plan kitchen and living room. Plenty of space for the 4 of us staying. There was a washing machine, dishwasher, double oven, microwave and loads of hob space. Great bars, newsagents nearby & Aldi to! The courtyard was a great space especially as we were so lucky with the weather to be able to sit out in the evening & for breakfast. 3 great sized bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms were fab!

Location was great - view from lounge window was beautiful. Apartment was a little tired and lacking a bit of TLC. Windows could really do with being cleaned (so view can be enjoyed without bird poo) and kitchen was lacking a lot of fairly essential items if wanting to cook in it! Same for back terrace that could do with a sweep and a bit of a clean so could be enjoyed. TVs were not smart to (although Netflix could be accessed from main bedroom)Bar downstairs has closed but FrI/Sat night there was a lot of noise from club 3 doors down (or people leaving the club) was quiet the other nights.
