Leggs Field Barn is situated right at the heart of the High Weald of Sussex, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, near to the tiny hamlet of Boars Head.

Enjoying panoramic views over woodlands and farmland, the Barn is well situated not just because of its seclusion, but also because "civilisation" isn't far away. In fact a ten minute stroll through neighbouring orchards will bring you to an excellent pub serving local ales and bar meals.The property has an open plan lounge/dining room with modern kitchen. With a double bedroom and spacious twin bedroom this cottage is ideal for family holidays, as well as those visiting the area.

The small market town of Crowborough with supermarkets, restaurants, small local shops and a market is a short drive away, as is the delightful Georgian spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells.

Attractively converted and transformed into two similar outstanding 4 Star Gold holiday homes Leggs Field Barn offers contemporary stylish accommodation in an idyllic country setting. A tasteful blend of vanilla and coffee colours mixed with warm pine furniture sit perfectly with flagstone floors creating a relaxed atmosphere.

Both units have open plan lounge/dining room with well-equipped modern kitchen, washer dryer, spacious shower room with washbasin and w.c on the ground floor. On the first floor is one double and one twin bedroom plus a family bathroom. To make your holiday complete both units have separate paved patios leading from French windows off the lounge where you can dine "al-fresco" or just sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the fabulous views.
