This beautifully refurbished bolthole sits directly opposite the Grade II listed Th’owd Towser, the town’s oldest building and former fire station, jail, mortuary, and ambulance station, giving the property its unique name.

We visited as two couples and stayed two nights. The accommodation is beautiful modern and well maintained. The kitchen area was especially impressive, beautifully done with immaculate modern appliances. There was even an air fryer and liners to use! We are in one night and prepared a beautiful meal with ease. Great open plan layout which made cooking (and drinking wine) fun! Would strongly recommend as a beautiful base in Holmfirth. Thank you for a great stay!
