A charming two-hundred year old cottage standing in peaceful surroundings in the beautiful Ribble Valley, Rose Cottage stands decorated by flowers offering a warm welcome to all. Walkers and cyclists are sure to love our beautiful B&B occupying a convenient spot only a twenty-minute drive from the Yorkshire Dales whilst Preston is within easy reach for those who prefer the hustle and bustle of the city. Business travellers and leisure guests are very welcome, and we're only a short drive from the M6 motorway and an ideal overnight stop for those on their way to Scotland.

Our beautifully and elegantly furnished guest bedrooms include en-suite shower rooms or private bathrooms, and are furnished with flat-screen TVs, radio alarm clocks, iPod docks, hot beverage supplies and hairdryers, as well as electric fans and hot water bottles so you'll have control of the temperature. Each room includes a fridge, a microwave and we have trouser press and ironing facilities available. Daily, we serve a full English breakfast from fresh, local produce complete with hot drinks, vegetarian options and lighter choices. If you're keen to get out and about early, we'll be happy to provide a breakfast tray in your room for an early start.

As well as offering off-road parking spaces for cars we're able to provide secure bike storage facilities, with room for cycles and motorbikes. We're able to offer baggage transfer services on request if you're walking and would like your luggage waiting at your next over-night stop, and we have a wireless internet connection and our own laptop to borrow if you're travelling light.
