The Kathrene is well situated and enjoys an elevated position on Fleetwood’s Esplanade, with superb uninterrupted views across Morecambe Bay to the Lake District hills beyond. There are 5 self contained apartments available, sleeping between 1 and 4 people, all with shower rooms and separate kitchens. This is a family run establishment offering a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with a high standard of comfort and cleanliness for an enjoyable holiday.

At The Kathrene we offer single, twin, double and king size beds, with everything provided except towels, tea towels and personal toiletries. Each apartment has its own door and front door keys, cooker, fridge, microwave, 26” flat screen colour TV with built in Freeview, free constant hot water and beds are ready made up. There is an attractive Sun Lounge available to guests where you can sit and relax, take in the view, admire the spectacular sunsets and watch the world go by. Gas Central Heating throughout and additional electricity is by £1 coin meter. Deposit required to secure booking, and balance payable on arrival.

The Kathrene is opposite the children’s playground and the Bowling Green, and near to the Leisure Centre and the Marine Hall with its wide selection of concerts and shows. Fleetwood hosts many attractions, including Folk Festival, Bowls Festival, Tram Sunday and the Model Yachting Championship. Nearby attractions are the landscaped Marine Hall Gardens, with its water play feature, Farmer Parr’s Animal World. Fleetwood Museum, the Market. Freeport outlet shopping village, and the newly built Rossall Point Tower with public viewing platform and bird watching deck. Shops and transport are nearby and you can take the brand new tram for a ride to Blackpool and back. There is unlimited parking along The Esplanade

Walking the dogs was so easy we just had to cross the road! Having Wifi was a bonus. We are already planning our next visit and planning on a second flat as well so that mum will be able to come too.
