Beautifully situated in the thriving market town of Kirkby Lonsdale with restaurants, traditional pubs, cafes and independent shops. The town is a short drive into the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales, it is the perfect location for lovers of the outdoors with walks available from your front door and it is a great area for cyclists too with lots of cycle tracks and routes in the area. Why not take a picnic down to Devils Bridge on a nice day, enjoy the views and watch the world go by! The first week in September the town hosts a Victorian Fair, which has a real street vibe and there is a market held every Thursday in the town square with some lovely local produce on offer. As you walk into the property, you will find a dining area with a large wooden table and chairs. Passing the separate WC, you will find the lounge/kitchen. The kitchen area is well equipped with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. Heading down a couple of steps from the kitchen area you will find the lounge with Smart TV/DVD and patio doors overlooking the tiered garden. There is a cosy wood burner effect electric fire which is a great feature for the colder nights to relax and enjoy. As you go upstairs to the first floor you will find a spacious twin bedroom which can be made up as a super king size on request and a king size bedroom with feature dormer window with views over the fells and surrounding area. Along the hallway there is a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, and, a utility area with washer/dryer. To the rear of the property there is a tiered enclosed garden which has a nice seating area and BBQ and, is a great sun trap and perfect to watch the sun set and enjoy a glass of wine and make plans for the rest of your stay. There is a parking permit for one car. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin which can be made up as super king size on request. 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC and 1 separate WC.
