The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, featuring modern appliances with a dining area, perfect for family gatherings an additional TV is provided. three beautifully appointed bedrooms offer the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Two pretty superking bedrooms (which can be converted into twin beds) one with an en-suite shower room and TV, the twin room has an ensuite shower. The family bathroom has a separate bath and shower.

Fantastic location for a weekend away. Really well presented with all the amenities needed. Friendly communication from Pam, the manager kept us informed of everything we needed before and during our stay.

Shower and bathroom areas require more thorough cleaning and improve maintenance, faulty taps. black mould evident, dirty grouting. Fireguard needed when staying with young children.Recreation area, clean but no changing area for babies/ toddlers, toys provided but need upgrade. Path to lake not safe for young children or anyone with mobily/ walking difficulties, impassable so lake area not able to be enjoyed.Kitchen area, no allowances made for people with disabilities, lots of utensils etc out of reach, all doors were fire doors which had to remain closed, slammed shut, no provision for staying open when in use, unsafe for children, high risk of injury to hands fingers and feet being trapped

We loved our stay at the Dairy at Doxford hall cottages. The Dairy has everything needed for a luxurious stay. Would definitely recommend.
