After relaxing together, make your way to the rear of the property, where the kitchen can be found, hosting all the appliances you need to create delicious meals. These meals can be enjoyed in the neighbouring dining room, which features a four-seater table, as well as the charming touches of Harry Potter wallpaper and another toasty woodburning stove. As the day draws to a close, throw any old clothing into the utility's washer/dryer and freshen up in the adjacent cloakroom. Afterwards, climb the stairs to find two tastefully furnished bedrooms, a double and a twin, both enjoying ample storage for your belongings. A bathroom can also be found on this floor, enjoying teal touches, and offering a bath for you to soak in at the end of days packed with excursions. Alnwick is a picturesque and ancient market town that is dominated by Alnwick Castle, which is residence of the Duke of Northumberland. The Castle Gardens, which opened in 2002, contain 's biggest flowing water feature, a fantastic (and massive) treehouse, a charming rose garden, and a gorgeous, walled ornamental garden that will satisfy both novice and professional gardeners. The castle is also well-known for serving as the site for Hogwarts School in the Harry Potter movies!
