    Sleeping up to nine people, this superb detached property is on the Bolton Estate on the outskirts of the small village of Bolton-by-Bowland.

    Fox Ghyll is a superb detached property full of character yet packed with modern amenities, on the edge of Bolton-by-Bowland, a little village in the Ribble Valley. There are four bedrooms, including three doubles (one with a super king-size sleigh bed), two with en-suites. There are two family bathrooms, one on the ground floor. The kitchen has a large central island and dining area and there is a separate dining room. A sitting room and a snug both have a woodburner. Outside are lawned gardens with a patio, off road parking for 5 cars, and a short walk takes you to a play area. Fox Ghyll makes a wonderful luxury base for a year round break, either for a special occasion or simply to treat yourself!
    Four spacious bedrooms: 1 x super king-size sleigh bed with en-suite bath, shower cubicle, twin basins, WC and TV, 1 x double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x double, 1 x family room with double bed and single bed. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower room, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with centre island, dining area and AGA. Utility/boot room. Dining room. Snug with woodburner. Drawing room with woodburner and wall-mounted TV with basic Sky. Hall with seating area.
    Bolton-by-Bowland is a lovely little village in the Ribble Valley, with a couple of village greens, a couple of pubs serving food, a tea room and shop. From this village it is easy to enjoy the amenities of Clitheroe, the walking and cycling of the Ribble Valley and the scenery of the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.
    Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Oil-fired AGA, electric hob, combi microwave oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, DVD, WiFi, extensive selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburners inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot on request. Off road parking for 5 cars. Spacious gardens, patio with garden furniture (not available October - March). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 10 mins walk. Note: Check in time is 4pm. Note: This owner requires a £300 refundable Good Housekeeping bond. Note: No stag/hen parties.
