Well equipped and very comfy beds. We had a lovely time despite the weather and would definately recommend to family and friends. Would suggest some sign posts from the school to guide you onto the right tracks, we arrived in the dark and found it difficult to navigate the directions.

We (consisting of my husband, me, my PIL and our little boy) spent 1 week at Hill Barn Cottage. All of us had a fantastic time even though weather had not been very kind. My little one spotted a curlew right outside of the kitchen window!!! The cottage has everything you can reasonably need. Lots of space. The beds were amongst the most comfortable we have ever slept in. If we return to the area, Hill Brook Barn would be our top choice for sure.

It is very remote and if we hadn’t had a week of howling winds it would have been very peaceful! Grace was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. The house is very well furnished with all important comfortable beds and well heated. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, this would make an excellent base for a walking holiday. Thank you.
