Guests say

Pitcairn Cottage in Keswick is praised for its cosy atmosphere, central location, and well-equipped kitchen. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds and the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants. While parking can be challenging, the cottage's charm and proximity to local attractions make it a popular choice for a Lake District stay.

The cottage is generally described as clean and tidy, with a modern kitchen. A few guests noted a musty smell in the bedrooms, but overall, the property is well-maintained.

The location is highly praised for being central and within walking distance to Keswick's centre, shops, and restaurants. The convenience of the location is a standout feature.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the cottage cosy, especially for smaller groups. Some guests feel it may be cramped for four adults, but it is perfect for couples or smaller families.

The cottage is equipped with necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen. However, some guests suggest the bathroom needs updating, and there are occasional comments about noise from the adjoining property.

While guests have had pleasant stays, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, this category cannot be scored.

Gorgeous cottage only a few minutes walk from the shops. Lovely rooms and also an outside seating area. We had a lovely stay and felt right at home. Just what we were looking for.

A good smaller option for staying in Keswick. Would recommend for max 3 people as not too much space.
