Excellent location very central to the lakes. Very quiet. If you want a detox from technology. it is perfect as limited WiFi.The down side. The cottage could have more attention to the cleaning, as lots of cobwebs.

This was a perfect position for exploring this area of the Lakes and provided a comfortable and traditional base. Beautiful sat looking at the lake with a drink.

The flat is a good size for 2 people, well decorated with a fully equipped kitchen. However, the bathroom extractor fan doesn't work so we needed to keep the towel rail on all the time to dry the room. The bedroom has ceiling windows which are not covered, so the room is very light in summer mornings. There is wifi but the signal is poor. There is Sky TV, but there are multiple copies of most channels, and a lot don't work at all. None of the standard ITV channels are available.
