Fantastic cottage - this was our second visit. Idyllic farm location, but an easy walk into Keswick and so many fells close by. Highly recommend it as a great base in the Lake District.

Mary Rook Cottage is fantastic! The location is very good, with lots of activities around Keswick and beautiful scenery all around. The hosts, Zoe and John, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely use this cottage again!

Great little cottage with everything we needed, ideal location and all in a great condition. Log burner is a huge benefit on a cold winters day and the Christmas decorations were a lovely extra touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to come back when we're next in the lakes.
