The former Chaucer House Hotel was converted into 14 luxury apartments and is located in the heart of Keswick with all amenities on the doorstep. It is in a very quiet part of the town but still only five minutes’ walk to Market Square and ten minutes’ to the lake shore. It is a perfect base to enjoy a holiday in the Northern Lakes. With many walks surrounding this pretty town, your car may never leave its parking space.
Chaucer’s Nook is situated on the lower ground floor of Chaucer House and is luxuriously furnished with an eye for detail. It is extremely well-equipped throughout with an emphasis on quality.

What a great apartment for a couple. It was so comfy & warm, a bonus to have a parking space. We booked as a last minute getaway & it didn’t disappoint, will definitely be back.

Great location, however some equipment needs updating as has been in place since we started going several years ago. That said still enjoyed our stay.
