Enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . A superb private development of holiday homes, situated close to the beach in the traditional east coast holiday resort of Mablethorpe. With its sandy beaches, fair, amusements, Queens Park paddling pools and brightly coloured beach huts, Mablethorpe is a lovely place for a family holiday.
A drive or bus ride south along the coast takes you to Sutton-on-Sea, Sandilands and Anderby Creek, all popular for lovely walks along the seafront or along their sandy beaches. Further south is Fantasy Island and Butlin’s for adventure filled family days out, with Skegness and its funfair and attractions including the Embassy Theatre and Cinema also offering plenty to see and do. To the north is Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary and breeding grounds, which are always well worth a visit during the breeding season with usually around a thousand seal pups born here each year.
Each property has its own enclosed, lawned garden, perfect for sitting back and relaxing under the starry sky. There are an abundance of cafés, restaurants and bars offering food and drink, as well as food delivery options if required. Beach ¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Overall we had a good break away from home, the town has more than enough shops for holiday purpose. The accommodation was in a gated road which made it relatively quiet. The bungalow was a good size and would take 6 people but I wouldn't want to be there for more than a week with 6. In fairness the cleanliness was good, there was a couple of things that could have been better, the radiator in the shower room had not been cleaned recently, the plug in the bath didn't work (as in it was broken, a fixed type) and the carpets were a little grubby. I would say 3.5 out of 5.

We had another brilliant holiday at Mapplethorpe staying at Dawson park it’s our 3 time there we love it the houses are spotless clean and well looked after everything there what’s needed to be it’s situated in a pleasant area and not far from the town centre and beach and it’s disability friendly we will be going again hopefully later this year or for holidays next year as long as we are able to would greatly recommend

Very nice well equipped chalet, in peaceful and quiet surroundings.The chalet has an enclosed private fenced off garden, which was perfect for our dog.
