A superb private development of holiday homes, situated close to the beach in the traditional east coast holiday resort of Mablethorpe. With its sandy beaches, fair, amusements, Queens Park paddling pools and brightly coloured beach huts, Mablethorpe is a lovely place for a family holiday.
A drive or bus ride south along the coast takes you to Sutton-on-Sea, Sandilands and Anderby Creek, all popular for lovely walks along the seafront or along their sandy beaches. Further south is Fantasy Island and Butlin’s for adventure filled family days out, with Skegness and its funfair and attractions including the Embassy Theatre and Cinema also offering plenty to see and do. To the north is Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary and breeding grounds, which are always well worth a visit during the breeding season with usually around a thousand seal pups born here each year.
Each property has its own enclosed, lawned garden, perfect for sitting back and relaxing under the starry sky. There are an abundance of cafés, restaurants and bars offering food and drink, as well as food delivery options if required. Beach ¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Wow! What a lovely little holiday home. The cottage was spotlessly clean and decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The enclosed garden was very tidy and secure, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfy. Car parking right outside was also very handy. It was only a short walk to the beach and park and a few minutes in the car to the town. We will be booking again for next year!

We had a lovely time, no 4 was spotless and spacious, if a tad impersonal but there was everything we needed there. It is close to the beach and a very nice pub, the Wild Goose, and we were lucky with the weather, we had a lovely few days. Thank you
