Private parking for 2 cars; additional parking available on request. No smoking.. A spacious bungalow ideal for family and friends to enjoy a peaceful break in this quiet location. With three bedrooms, that has two doubles and a twin along with good sized living room as well as a conservatory off the kitchen/diner there is space for all the family to enjoy. The garden is south facing with a large paddock to the rear. There are good walks and cycle routes from the door with the nearest pub 2 miles by road or shorter if you follow the footpath across the fields on foot.
Just a 5 miles drive takes you to the sandy beaches at Chapel St Leonards with along the coast the villages of Anderby Creek, Sandilands and Sutton-on-Sea with the brightly painted beach huts and the traditional seaside resort of Mablethorpe ready to be explored. A popular walk along the sea defences from Sandilands to Mablethorpe and then catch the bus back is often enjoyed by many visitors.
Within 15 minutes’ drive you have the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe, Fantasy Island, Butlins, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve and The Lincolnshire Wolds. Nearest pub/restaurant 2 miles, shop 3 miles.

Cottage is set in a rural village (no shops) which was not a problem as we took plenty of food. Accommodation is very spacious and added bonus of conservatory with pleasant surroundings. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the perfect place. Plenty of interesting places to visit Skegness, Chapel St. Leonard, Mablethorpe for beaches. International Bomber Command and Wold Wildlife Park. Great holiday and felt totally relaxed. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and well maintained bungalow. Useful support aids for the elderly/disabled. All facilities you are likely to need. Nice quiet village though no shop or pub in walking distance. Good location for trips out. (Quite difficult to find on arrival though as sat nav says you have arrived on a parallel road, maybe a more prominent sign would help). We had a lovely time.
