Tucked away at the end of a lane in the quiet hamlet of Tothill, The Old Rectory Lodge is a great place to simply relax and unwind in. Situated 7 miles east of the Georgian market town of Louth, and less than 10 miles to the coast and miles of unspoilt sandy beaches. There are great walks and cycle routes from the door with a pub just a 1 mile walk away serving good food and drink as well as a local shop. Visit Louth with its many shops, restaurants and pubs or even browse the market held 3 days a week. For days out, head to the coast and the traditional resorts of Mablethorpe and Skegness to the east or head west towards the cathedral city of Lincoln, also famous for its castle and new Magna Carta Visitor Centre. Nearby Woodthorpe has an 18-hole golf course, driving range and coarse fishing, as well as a large garden centre with a restaurant. Beach 8 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

A lovely and well presented modern cottage with everything we needed for a comfortable stay for two in rural surroundings. Wonderfull bathroom and nice and cosy living room. The wifi was a little slow at times but that didn't bother us. Easy access and parking once we found the right lane at the crossroads. Very good location to explore the area from Grimsby to York and King's Lynn.
