Stairs to first floor: Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with 5ft bed and fitted wardrobe. A shower room is adjacent to this room with large walk in shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6 inch double bed. Bedroom 3 with 3ft Bunk beds. Adjacent bathroom with small bath and shower over, basin and WC.

A patio area outside the kitchen has garden table and chairs and a path winds through shrubberies and opens out into an attractive lawned area that is totally private.
