Beautiful character cottage with exposed beams and stonework set within a quiet hamlet, centrally located in the Cotswolds. Yew Tree Cottage is believed to date back to the eighteenth century with two working fireplaces and a wood burning stove in the sitting room, study and snug areas.

The south facing tiered garden provides a lovely, secluded setting for the cottage with pretty rural views.

The historic market town of Northleach is close by with it's stunning church, local shops and eateries, all set within the valley of the River Leach. The Abbey of Gloucester granted the town a charter in 1220 to hold a weekly market which transformed the town by the wool trade. The Fosseway (Roman Road) cuts through the edge of Northleach to link the pretty villages of Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold.

Parking is strictly for one car only please as this is a public footpath and must be kept clear. Additional parking can be found up the hill or by the entrance to the village.

Equipped with washer/dryer and Belfast sink, WC and wash basin.

Snug/TV room

Seating area and television. There is also underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.

First Floor:

Master bedroom

With 5' king-size bed and ample storage.

En-suite shower room

Large shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

Bedroom two

With two 3' single beds and ample storage.

Bedroom three

With 4'6 double bed.

With roll top bath and shower attachment, WC and wash basin.
