Set in an elevated position in West Looe, Lowenna is a lovely base for a couple, a stroll down the hill will take you the shops and the coastal path, a great way to spend the day.

Lowenna is a lovely cosy former fisherman's cottage for two set in an elevated position in West Looe. You will be able to enjoy harbour and sea views from many of the rooms in the cottage. The second floor sitting area and balcony help you to take full advantage of the fantastic views and enjoy the sunset at the end of a lovely day. Just down the hill you will have access to the pubs, restaurants and shops that West Looe has to offer.

ground floor:

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: TV/DVD, gas fire, views to the sea, radio/CD player, electric oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave.

first floor:

Bedroom 1: King size bed (5'), bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Sea and harbour views.

Bathroom: Bath (electric shower over), basin, w.c.

second floor:

At the top of the house is a room with French doors opening out onto a balcony from where you can enjoy far-reaching views across the harbour out to sea.

garden & parking: Courtyard area with bistro table set and rear access to the footpath. Allocated parking space available in West Looe Town Trust car park and unloading possible within 30 yards of the cottage.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am

Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent; gas central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided, towels not provided so please bring your own.

Shop: 150yds Pub: 150yds.

notes: No smoking, no pets, no babies nor children, no short breaks. Please note there are 63 steps to the property. The stairs in this cottage are steep and may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Mobile reception varies.
