We enjoyed our stay at Waverly. It was great having the beach nearby and local Co Op for shopping. We liked sitting at the table in the main room for our meals and gazing out to sea. There is a dedicated parking space which was very useful.

This property was extremely convenient as a base to explore this beautiful area of Cornwall. Being in Falmouth with it's railway station was a boon. Trips further afield without the car are very possible. The FalRiver ferries are another option for stress free travel. We also used the local buses. The property is good value for money, has everything you need and a comfortable large bed. The lounge window has a lovely view out to sea. It is also very close to a good beach with a nice restaurant situated on it. There is a well stocked Co-Op close by. Falmouth itself has a plenty of eating options. Would definitely return.

The property was well situated 3 minutes walk from the beach which could be seen from the apartment and 20 minutes walk to the town centre and quayside. The apartment was beautifully furnished and well equipped . The owners had paid great attention to detail with complimentary wine and chocolates on arrival. It was like a home from home. Would definitely recommend it.
