    Nestled in the glorious Cheshire countryside, this lodge offers a comfortable base to explore this stunning area.
    All on ground floor: Living room with double bed and double sofa-bed/dining room/kitchen with wooden floor. 1 step to bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
    Oil central heating included. 38" Satellite TV (sport and movie package). Electric cooker. Microwave. Washer/dryer. Fridge/freezer. Parking (2 cars).

    Common Farm Lodge is a self-contained, detached apartment, which is situated in the grounds of an 18th-century farmhouse. Nestled within 18 acres of Cheshire countryside, Common Farm Cottages have their own equestrian facilities with an olympic-sized dressage arena, and horse riding lessons can be booked directly with the owner (at cost), dependant on availability. It benefits from off road parking and when booked with the farmhouse (ref W44149), has use of the enclosed garden and fantastic games room which has HD cinema (seats 2) and a small pool table. The studio-style apartment is small but perfectly formed. It has a well appointed bathroom with Travertine marble which gives the property a boutique feel, whilst the kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and grill and a washer/dryer. There is also wi-fi and Satellite TV which includes a sport and movie package. The living room, which doubles up as a the bedroom, is furnished with a double divan bed, as well as a double sofa bed, to accommodate two children. To ensure that comfort is not compromised, the capacity is limited to a maximum of two adults and two children. Larger parties may choose to book the lodge in conjunction with the main farmhouse (ref (W44149), which will accommodate a further 9 people. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

    "Owner & housekeeper both very friendly & helpful. Space adequate for 2 adults, but would be cramped with children as well, as once they were in bed (in sofa bed) there would be nowhere comfortable for adults to sit except on their bed. Access road very badly maintained but cottage owner is not responsible for this. Some outside space with seating would be nice, as there is only the parking space. Garden only available to groups staying in farmhouse. We were not there in warm weather, so not a problem for us, but in summer we might have wanted to sit out,."
