Guests consistently praise its large, well-kept garden, comfortable bedrooms, and well-equipped farmhouse kitchen. The property is spotlessly clean, with luxurious bathrooms and plenty of space to relax. Its tranquil location offers easy access to local attractions and beaches, making it perfect for a relaxing countryside break. While a few minor maintenance issues were noted, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests eager to return.

Our stay at The Old Farmhouse was wonderful, we all fell in love with the house, the setting was really tranquil and peaceful, hearing the birds singing and no traffic noise, was a joy. We all felt comfortable and very much at home. The house is spacious and warm, tastefully decorated and well appointed. We loved the big farmhouse kitchen and the views from the windows and relaxing in the lounge in the evening, which is spacious and inviting with its comfy sofa's and soft lighting. Bedrooms and bathrooms aplenty, great space for a family holiday, with the piano in the inner hall, which sounded lovely when I played it. We are all looking forward to visiting again and would definitely recommend The Old Farmhouse. A memorable holiday, with lots of great places to visit , not too far from the house, was an added bonus.

A charming cottage in a very small hamlet. Easy access to Charmouth, Lyme Regis and Blackdown Hills Although it is an old cottage, it was warm and cosy and very comfortable

We shared the house with friends at October half term. The Old Farmhouse is a beautiful cottage in a gorgeous setting. The large garden was great for the dog and the lovely farmhouse kitchen was well equipped and good for cooking with company chatting away. The house is big with all you will need. We were a bit disappointed that the fire in the living room wasn’t more in keeping with the rest of the standard of the place (it is a rather small mock wood burner that is really a fan heater) but the bedrooms were gorgeous, bathrooms luxurious and the cleanliness was superb. Half an hour from the southern beaches of Lyme Regis (we loved Beer and Branscombe beach) and supermarkets nearby to stock up on goodies. Try The Cotley Inn 6 mins drive away - superb food and service in a gorgeous little pub. Had a truly lovely stay!
