      We have just returned from a fabulous week at Y Garn, for the 4th year on the run. The house is spectacular, and has a real sense of luxury. Everything is of a very high spec, and has been very tastefully put together, it’s a real treat to stay there. It is perfectly located for a stroll into Abersoch or a more strenuous walk along the beautiful Lynn Peninsula coastal walk. It’s also a perfect base for playing some of the local golf courses, and as the house has a garage, it’s perfect for storing all the wet golfing and walking gear should the weather take a turn for the worse. We will definitely be back again, and would recommend to anyone. An additional positive is that Michael, the owner is very responsive to texts should you need to know something about the house, nothing is too much trouble, he even promptly arranged for personal belongings to be returned by Royal Mail, which we were very grateful for.       Perfect in every way!

      I booked this cottage without paying much attention to where, in Wales, it was! My main priority was having an enclosed garden in a place we could relax in and take our two dogs. Coed y Glyn proved to be this.. and so much more. Set in beautiful countryside with a warm village feel, we enjoyed it all immensely and Llanuwchylin station was amazing - like stepping back in time. Definitely worth booking a trip up to Bala. The village also has a lovely pub, y Eagle, with fabulous food which also served as a village shop. The staff were lovely and helpful when we initially couldn’t find anywhere to sit (booking strongly recommended) The cottage itself is warm, comfy and very well fitted out. The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Not that we needed anything, but we felt we could just “ask” at any time. Sadly our 4 day visit was over too quickly so we will just HAVE to return.

      Bwthyn Bach is lovely, cosy cottage, perfect for the two of us and our dogs.

      It had everything we needed, including a gas hob which we’ve found to be a rarity in holiday cottages. The location is great, just 4 minutes drive to the beach and the village of Nefyn just a short stroll away. Despite this the cottage feels like it’s in the middle of the countryside. It’s so peaceful with just fields between the farm buildings and the cliffs. We loved seeing the horses in the field behind the cottage. We especially enjoyed Nefyn Beach, Morfa Nefyn Beach / Porthdinllaen and the Ty Coch Inn. Also fish ‘n’ chips from the Ty Cod. Many Thanks to Peta & Family, we hope to return soon.

      We enjoyed the best time while staying at this absolutely delightful cottage in Llanuwchllyn.

      There was nothing the owner hadn't thought of. The friendly comfortable interior was so inviting and the quirky terraced garden was just perfect, for us and our two Spaniels. The quality of the beds and bedding was superb as were the towels etc that were provided in the bathroom. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and very spacious. John and Gail were both really friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again if/when in that beautiful part of Wales. There is still so much to see and do.       The owner went out of his way to ensure my stay was as comfortable and stress free as possible. He is super friendly, approachable and made sure I had his number should I require anything. Having said that, the cottage is so well equipped, even providing a fab set of books for both kids and adults, that I didn’t require anything! Almost forgot to mention, a lovely bottle of Merlot, cakes and even treats provided in a dog bowl for my little dog were awaiting our arrival. Definitely a 5* experience and I’m going back…
