    Hot Tub Cottages in Cornwall

Before you book that plane ticket to some far-flung destination, consider taking your next luxury holiday to Cornwall. Yes, Cornwall! A firm-favourite with families, honeymooners, and surfers, Cornwall has everything you could ever wish for, including amazing sandy beaches, world-class restaurants and fascinating historic landmarks. The accommodation's pretty good too, and you'll find lots of great hot tub cottages in Cornwall for that added touch of indulgence. Who needs the Caribbean when you've got Carlyon Bay!

Nothing says luxury than your own private hot tub. How about relaxing underneath the clear Cornish sky, perhaps sipping on some champagne and forgetting all the stresses and strains of 'normal' life? Sounds blissful? Well, there are actually lots of excellent Cornwall hot tub cottages, something for all tastes and budgets, whether you're looking for a cosy little hideaway for two, or a spacious modern property to accommodate your next surfing holiday.

What to do on your Cornwall cottage holiday

Although it would be nice to stay in the hot tub for a fortnight, it's probably not healthy! And you'll undoubtedly want to get out and explore this stunning part of the world. Cornwall is packed full of amazing things to see and do and caters for all kinds of travellers. Its beaches, for example, range from lively surf spots like Fistral Beach to more tranquil strips of sand like Peter's Point Beach, a top place to head if you're looking to escape the crowds.

While Cornish beaches are amazing, what really makes this part of the country unique is the history and that tangible feeling of Arthurian Magic all around you. If history is your thing, then Tintagel is a must visit, a magnificent 12th century castle built along a cliff edge. If you're feeling particularly taken with the magic of the place, you might head to the Witchcraft Museum in Boscastle, which occasionally opens at night for a very special, spooky experience!

Cottages deliver the very best in comfort and quality, which is why you'll find a generous choice of excellent hot tub cottages in Cornwall – stunning accommodation that goes well beyond the norm to deliver an unforgettable holiday experience.

What our customers say about their holidays

    • Mark - Verified booking

This is a superbly appointed property which affords excellent accommodation for up to 8 adults.

The property is high spec with top of the range white goods, all fairly new, two kitchens, and lots of quality touches like the movement activated night lights integral to the bathrooms, which are well designed with excellent showers and one bath on the ground floor. The master bedroom has superb views over to Fowey through the balcony doors. We did not use the BBQ but again its a top of the range Webber BBQ, we did use the hot tub which had easy to operate instructions and plenty of room for all with good outside lighting. Polruan itself is small but has two friendly pubs, and the Lugger does food all day, nice breakfast. There is a local store which stocks all the essentials and a bakery, and a cafe which serves food, the Russell Inn were happy for food purchased in the cafe to be eaten in the pub as they are under common ownership. The foot passenger ferry works really well providing swift easy access to Fowey, be sure to check times of the last one back. The car ferry further up is also easy to use but possibly more challenging in the busier months. Access to Polruan is challenging the local roads are very narrow and we preferred to loop into town staying on the B3359 towards Polperro and then taking the local roads as late as possible. Polruan is effectively pedestrianised and it is not possible to get a vehicle up to the property so unloading and loading may take a little time especially as the town is on a steep slope which gives great views but means you are walking up (or down) each trip. There are then 14 steps when you get to the property. Despite arrival and departure requiring a little thought and some effort the benefit of enjoying the luxurious accommodation once settled more than made up for the effort. The car park at the top was £30 for 7 days if aid in advance and you can pay by card. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return.

WOW, Postcard Lodge is 5 star luxury home.

We have recently stayed at the property, 6 adults, a baby and a small dog visiting friends who live in beautiful Fowey. It’s an immaculate property with amazing views and facilities. The owners really have thought of everything you would need for your stay. Parking is at the top of Polruan at a cost of £30 per week and yes, as previous previous reviews have mentioned access to the property is a little hilly however the property with its stunning views and facilities are worth the little extra effort. Polruan itself is a gorgeous little fishing village with 2 pubs, a bakery and a little store stocked with things you may have forgotten - we had a Sainsbury’s delivery the day we arrived. We ate at the Lugger pub, delicious food. We also had a takeout of fish and chips one evening from there which we ate on our beautiful sunny patio. The Russell pub has quiz nights a few times a week which we thoroughly enjoyed. The ferry crossing to Fowey is idyllic, day & night. Its costs £5.60 for a return and runs from 7am to 11pm. At Fowey we ate at the Pintxo tapas bar, the Haveners (pub grub), the Harbour Hotel (fine dining) and the Indian restaurant. We would highly recommend all of them. We travelled to Looe, Polperro and St Ives, all of which are beautiful places however we were always pleased to get back home to our idyllic village of Polruan. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend Postcard Lodge - it’s what Cornish holiday dreams are made of. We’ll definitely be back!

The property is well located for Sennen Cove, but the name “sea the view” is a bit misleading as it doesn’t really have sea views.

The rooms are very nice quality and design and a lot of thought has gone into it. The photos on the listing showed comfy outdoor furniture but this had been replaced with less lounge furniture (which is obviously easier for them to maintain). So there was nowhere we could all sit and lounge outside (the comfy corner sofa chairs were not there, the swing chairs had been taken down etc). So it wasn’t quite as expected. The bed linen was lovely quality but the pillows were awful - I get this is very personal but I had to go out and buy some as they were that poor and the main bed had a super firm mattress. We had problems with the main patio door not working which meant there was a gap when they were closed and as it is quite an exposed garden the draft and noise of the wind was quite annoying. In addition we had a day of driving rain which lead to a large leak flooding the floor under the picture window. Eating in all the basics crockery was there but for example there was no salad bowl or serving plates, so if you were wanting to do a nice meal in it was a bit basic. The addition of an electric charger was very helpful. It was lovely but overall for the high price I don’t think it quite delivered.

Beautiful home, we felt bad when we left as we wanted to leave a few comments in the guest book but no one had a pen!

Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!! We actually stayed in one of these last year (sea scape) and as we love it in sennen so much we wanted to come back. Sea the View didn’t disappoint, the bedrooms are beautiful and the bathroom and showers fantastic. The views are amazing too. Downstairs is lovely and the kitchen has everything you need. Couple of ideas for the new owners, it would be great to have a little bistro set to sit at outside, the big day bed and table isn’t great for anything other than lazing back! Which we did lots of course! And maybe pop a little cafetière in the cupboard - we’ve always had one in all the places we’ve stayed (even when there is a coffee machine) so it was unusual not to have one. The garden could do with a tidy up - I’m not a huge gardener but little things like pulling out the dead leaves really make it so pretty when you’re sat outside. These are just little things tho, we had a wonderful time and will DEFINITELY be back!! Thank you!!!

Lovely cottage, absolutely spotlessly clean on arrival.

Thoughtful touches of a goody bag of treats for us and treats for our Westie. Everything you could need for a self catering holiday but there are a few things which could be improved upon. Not enough hanging space for clothes and the size of the drawers in the chest of drawers in the bedrooms were not of a good size for storing clothes in. Only good enough for socks, underwear etc. Internal doors need oiling as very squeaky. Nowhere in bathroom to place items. Didn’t really want to place them on the toilet and surrounding area. Not very hygienic. Just a couple of extra shelves would be great. Wash basin was way too small as you could not fill it with a lot of water as it spilt over the side and onto the floor. Boiler system noisy. Would recommend family and friends to stay here without any doubt. Treesoth Cottages is a great location very quiet and peaceful and ideally located for visiting other areas in Cornwall.
