What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages With Hot Tubs In Northumberland To Rent.

"We booked the platinum stars cabin due to the stargazing pod. Our welcome from the staff was great, with a glass of prosecco whilst checking in. The cabin itself was beautiful, very modern, very clean and facilities were great. The PS4 was a great touch, although no games were provided. The hot tub was lovely, we had very clear nights so star gazing was a must. Unfortunately due the outside lights by the hot tub not having an option to turn them off, this hindered seeing the amazing stars from the hot tub due to the light pollution. The stargazing pod is a great feature, its cosy and has has a log burner inside to keep you warm. While we were there it was totally useless due to condensation, nothing could be seen out of the top or any of the windows because of this issue. This was very disappointing for us. As this was the main reason we booked this particular lodge. We drove a view point to stargazing and it was great. The staff were very helpful, on departure we were sent away with sweets, tea and coffee."

"This is an amazing lodge with lots of features and gadgets. The views are lovely during the day and even better at night with clear skies. The lodge is extremely spacious and has everything you need and more. Lodges were well spread out and very private, we didn't hear a thing .The only reason we haven't given 10 is there was a smell of drains in the main bedroom and the bedroom lights flickered on and off randomly during the night. The booking form does warn you the hot tub may not be ready for use on the first night and it wasn't. This is the first time we've experienced this.We had a take away one night and the food was lovely, plenty of it and reasonable price. The odd negative we have put were reported so hopefully they'll be put right. There is an activity centre a few minutes drive away that has a pub which serves lovely food and a small shop that sells essentials. We would definitely recommend this lodge and hopefully will return in the future."

"As these are Autograph lodges I'd expect standards to be impeccable. However cleanliness is terrible, dirty sicks found under beds, all manor of junk down the back of the sofa. Windows were that dirty we cleaned them ourselves. This is the worst lodge out of the three here. They need updating. Sofa has seen better days and the bed rooms need new beds, wallpaper sorted out, and why are there no TVs? Speaking of which, the TV also needs replacing. Only me shower in the entire lodge. Out of Autograph lodges I've visited in the past, this is nowhere near the standard."

"The real test of customer service is the reaction when something isn't quite right. We notified the site staff that the two single mattresses seemed well past their best (you could feel the springs through them). In less than 24 hours both were replaced. Superb service. Be aware that the new indoor swimming pool is on a rota basis (each accommodation taking turns; we had three slots during our week stay) but the upside is you generally get the pool to yourself so feel like you've won the lottery. Overall, highly recommended, stunning location and property."

"Willow was stunning, and far exceeded our expectations. It was a Lodge of exceptional quality. Attention to detail was impressive. Bedrooms were exquisite. Bathrooms/Shower Areas were superb. In the living/dining/kitchen areas, everything had been considered before we arrived. Overall, superb quality. The ONLY problem we had - and we did raise this with staff - was the unfinished road leading up to the Lodge. It was a 'mud track', which meant we were unable to avoid bringing mud and dirt into the Lodge. This needs to be attended to as matter of urgency."
