      What a gem of a find ! A beautiful holiday home in a fabulous location. There is everything you could possibly need at the property and even a welcome treat of tea and biscuits upon our arrival. The large decking area at the front of the property is enclosed and is a very safe area for children and dogs which made our stay stress free. The beds were so comfortable too with quality bedding. Fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and plenty of games if entertainment is needed. Simply I cannot fault our stay and will definitely return

      Dot May is an idyllic shepherd’s hut in a glorious setting - with peacocks and the most spectacular silver pheasant strutting majestically around the garden.

      It is beautifully decorated with flair and style, and Patsy has thought of literally everything for comfort and convenience. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and although it was fractionally short for my 6ft 4ins husband, he still slept like a baby on the wonderful mattress! Our only regrets were that there was no WiFi, being in a poorly serviced area, and no fridge. However Patsy had a very efficient system organised with a cool box and regular fresh ice packs. We had a delightful stay.

      Real home from home. We really enjoyed our 3 week stay in this lovely, beautifully renovated shepherds hut. It was equipped with everything one needs, cooking was comfortable and there is also a new and quiet fridge in the hut. The property is located in a quiet setting with easy access to the Coast Path and Polzeath, Rock, Padstow.... Patsy, the owner, was the best host we have ever met, so helpful, kind and very pleasant. We will miss the hut and Pasty and we will be back in summer!

      Lovely holiday cottage - very much a home from home, I would highly recommend. There is everything you need, and lovely little touches such as a welcome tray and gorgeous bathroom toiletries. The location is perfect for exploring the area - 5 minutes from Padstow and 5/10 mins from some of the big beaches such as Harlyn Bay. For this location, I would also recommend the Pickwick Inn for a meal - the food was delicious.

      A lovely quiet setting with easy access to the Coast Path & near to Polzeath, Rock, Padstow & Port Isaac. Patsy is so welcoming & very informative about the area, nothing is too much trouble. The shepherds hut is beautifully & thoughtfully done, a wonderful relaxing place to spend time, thank you Patsy, we would love to return one day.
