"Thanks again Walwyns Castle Community for the beautiful cottage. We have had a wonderful stay and blessed with 7 days of fabulous weather. The summer duvets were very necessary - thank you! Spent most of the week on our favourite beaches, building sandcastles and body boarding, what we call a perfect Pembrokeshire day! Tried new places to eat this year - The Castle in Little Haven (booking necessary), The Milton Brewery do an amazing Sunday lunch and if you're stuck and nowhere is available try The Jolly Sailor, you may have to sit in the back garden but the view is amazing and food really good. We'll be back again."

"That was a really great place!!! Good facilities in a great cottage in a lovely location. Host Rodger was charming and pointed out ‘places to go’. An interesting walk to the beach (about 15 mins, through church yard and fields. Dog loved it, but she really loved the beach – sand and shallow sea – ideal doggy location. Came home a bit early due to heavy rain tomorrow but other days were wall to wall sunshine. Rodger not at home when we left so popped a soggy note through his letter box. Great break and now planning next visit. Julie – THANKS!!! Best wishes Joyce, Terry and Jangle dog Cole"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The School House, a delightful cottage and just what we wanted. We stayed cosy and warm during Hurricane Ophelia and enjoyed everywhere we have visited from this ideal location. We especially liked Little Haven and our delicious evening meals in St Brides Hotel. Everything very comfortable and a good location. We still have much to see and will come again. Particularly enjoyed Solva, St David's and Whitesands Bay. Seal pups at Martin's Haven were a bonus!"

"We have greatly enjoyed our stay in The School House, which is very comfortable, clean & cosy. Taken advantage of the beautiful weather this week and it has been fun exploring the country far & wide, and closer to 'home' - the Rosemoor Reserve is well worth a visit and right on the doorstep. Thanks to all involved in maintaining the cottage for our enjoyment, a little gem in Walwyns Castle. We hope future guests enjoy themselves as much as we've done."

"Shippon cottage is an absolute delight from the moment you open the door. Every room has been carefully and tastefully decorated to the highest standard. Even the Kitchen ( which often lets many properties down ) was also of the highest standard. A great deal of effort has been made to ensure the comfort of guests down to the smallest details. It is one of the 3 best properties we have stayed in throughout the UK and Scotland."
