We enjoyed our stay at the Outlook very much. It is in an ideal location being close to Padstow but far enough away from the hustle & bustle enough to chill in peace. The apartment is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are plenty of enjoyable walks in the area and a cycle along the Camel bike trail is a must. Would definitely recommend a visit to the Outlook as you will undoubtedly enjoy your stay there.

I had a fantastic time at Niles.
It was perfect for my short stay in Cornwall. It is only 5 minutes drive from many beautiful beaches and only about a 10 minute drive from Padstow. The sofa was unbelievably comfy and I slept really well in the comfortable bed. I had contact with the housekeeper and owner and they were both very friendly and prompt with their responses. A really good value for money listing. I thoroughly recommend Niles for singles or couples.

We have had a wonderful week in this fabulous place. It is well thought out and has everything you need. Thank you for the welcome pack which we thoroughly enjoyed. We have managed lots of walking despite the weather. The walk from Rock to Polzeath being a favourite and so lovely to be able to walk to Padstow and enjoy all that is there can. Bin 2 is nice for a glass of wine and had a lovely meal at St Petroc's Bistro.

The Outlook was just perfect. Cosy, comfortable and perfectly located for a quiet getaway. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Dave and Jo were very welcoming, allowed us our privacy but were at the end of the phone if needed. Having stayed in many places in or near Padstow this is by far our favourite. Would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future .

This apartment (Outlook) is excellent, modern clean and has all you need. 20 min walk to Padstow along the Camel Trail, and central enough to access the area to the North and the South. Quiet, comfortable and for self-catering has all you will need for a week's stay. Owners are next door should you need anything and a lovely couple, including the cat.
