"There is private and secure parking when you arrive just outside S78337. Besides the accommodation itself there is a separate storage room where there is a freezer, washing machine and ample storage for bikes, canoes and there is also a patio set that can be used in the courtyard if the weather permits. There is also a stunning courtyard. The accommodation is as good as it looks in the photos. A beautiful kitchen more than appropriately stocked for two people with all basic requirements of salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, chilli flakes, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, tea towels etc, not to mention quality pans and crockery. There is a 4-ring gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge (freezer as mentioned earlier). The living room is large, modern and spacious with a large TV screen on the wall with Freeview, whilst there is no DVD player, you can twin the TV to your devices. We had a laptop with us so twinned it to the TV and watched DVD's and logged onto our own BT account. We also got to see our holiday photos in this manner.Leading off from the front room is the bedroom and shower room. A very modern, stylish and practical bathroom, with a good spacious shower, two sinks, a storage cupboard with spare loo rolls, dust pan and brush, iron and ironing board and hanging space for clothes. The towels and shower mat were of very good quality and there are spares in the lower drawer of the cabinet in the front room. Shower gel, hand wash and lotion are provided. The shower room has a connecting door to the bedroom which has spotlessly clean and comfortable bedding and ample plug sockets at each side of the bed. There is a dresser with mirror and hair dryer and seat. The property is heated throughout with underfloor heating which seems to be controllable in each room and there is a heated towel rail in the shower room. It’s obvious that the work undertaken has been done with a great deal of love and care and it already looks amazing with the large wooden gateway in the courtyard being stunning. The grounds are well kept and great, with ample safe space for kids or a dog. The owners are helpful but unobtrusive. You do need a car for here if you want to get out and about but it’s the positioning of the property that gives you the great feeling of seclusion and privacy. There is a Tesco Extra and large Morrison's Supermarket within 2-3 miles and free-range eggs are available just down the road. There is no downside to this place, it was worth every penny, my only comment, which is not a criticism would be that shutters or blinds would be good in the kitchen although I have the feeling that they may already be on the agenda if the other accommodation on site is anything to go by."

"S78337 is located in a quiet location, a couple of miles outside Haverfordwest and is attached to the owners property. From the moment you arrive you can see that the cottage has been finished to a high standard and that the owners have spent a lot of time and money on the property and its beautiful gardens. Both John and Pickles (their dog), were welcoming. While we really enjoyed staying at S78337 and found the cottage clean and comfortable, we did feel that there should be blinds on the large windows in the kitchen and on the main door for privacy, as at times we felt like we were in a fish bowl. A few points for information - Every time you access the cottage you need to go through a well lit storage room. The door is next to the parking area, as both entrances for S78337 are located in the courtyard. This is also where the key box, washing machine and freezer is located. The fridge isn't a normal fridge, but two fridge draws, so you cannot stand large items up (like milk or bottles of pop).Lastly if you have a dog, there is no separate garden for the cottage, as S78337 guests, you share the courtyard and main gardens with the owner. This wasn't a big problem for us as Pickles is a really friendly dog, but a word of warning is that there is no main gate, so you really need to keep a close eye on your dog, when using the main part of the garden."

"An amazing barn in a beautiful setting, perfect for exploring all the wonderful places to see and things to do in such a splendid part of Wales. The barn was perfect for my young family. We loved New Quay which is very picturesque with beautiful beaches, amazing places to eat and a great spot for crabbing!!! We also loved Aberaeron, which is very pretty with lots of lovely places to eat and drink and take in the lovely views. The coastline is amazing and the sea is a beautiful colour. We will most definitely be returning to this part of Wales again and would recommend staying where we did as we look to book again for next year!! Carys the owner could not have been more welcoming or helpful. One of our little girls had an ear infection whilst we were away. We were able to see one of the local doctors meaning we could stay and enjoy our holiday. Everyone was so friendly, we had the best time. To conclude, a stunning barn in a stunning and secluded setting, perfect for getting away and relaxing but all that you should want and need is only ashore drive away!"

"Lots of positives: A clean and modern basement flat right on the seafront, perfect for walking into town and very near the main shopping and cafe areas. We had a lovely welcome with refreshments, milk and even cereals provided, plenty of towels and loo roll! Quality furniture, bedding, equipment and fittings, a warm space with easy to use thermostat controls.A few negatives: As a basement flat, it is to be expected that it does not benefit from much natural light. You can hear noise above eg. people walking up and down stairs, people leaving and entering the shared entrance, noisy water pipes when other people in flats are using their bathrooms. So if you're used to a bit of noise it's fine, but it's not for people who want quiet evenings or lie-ins. In the pre-arrival info it says it's ok to load directly outside, however there are double yellow lines and we were accosted by a traffic warden when packing up. There are some free parking spaces up the road from North Beach a short walk away."

"We thought the location of the bungalow was ideal for exploring the surrounding areas. We were very disappointed in how small the bungalow was. There was no room to put our clothes. There was one very small wardrobe with one small drawer. We had to basically live out of our suitcase for one week, which was not good enough. We did put some clothes in the kitchen cupboards, which is not ideal. There was a lack of kitchen equipment, such as no microwave dishes. Pans with no lids, apart from one small pan. No cullender or cheese grater. There was a washing machine, but nothing to put the washing on either inside or out. There was a very small table which was unsuitable for eating your breakfast on because You're knees wouldn't fit underneath. The cushions on the sofa smelt badly of urine. ( Maybe from dogs) This holiday let needs to be inspected, as whoever gave it four stars has not checked it out. We have been to hundreds of self catering accommodation and this rates in our bottom ten."
