What our customers are saying about our Sleeps12 Cottages In Slindon To Rent.

"We had a thoroughly enjoyable time at S13785. We stayed over the Xmas break and it easily accommodated 12 of us in terms of sleeping arrangements, cooking, sitting down to dinner and also general space to relax and just chill which we did a lot of. All the rooms are decorated nicely and the bedding and toweling were all of good quality and the kitchen equipped with sufficient plates, cups and glasses etc. We enjoyed lots of walks around the grounds plus also into the village for the local shop and pubs. There isn't too much to do in Kirdford which is a beautiful village but Petworth and Billingshurst are only a short drive away. Good communication also between myself and the owners leading up our stay - no question was too much for them to answer. Would stay there again and would particularly like to stay in the summer months to enjoy the garden and surrounding areas more. In summary - a great place to stay and would encourage anyone looking to book up."

"The house was in a good location unless you want Bognor town frequently and then its a cardrive away or a 1 1/2 hrs beach and coast pathwalk at low tide. House very well equipped, even down to beachtowels, bucket and spades and the owner even got us an extra sunchair from the garage for our aged relative. It was great having two lounge areas and plenty of bathrooms and even the 2 kitchens were used. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom were a bonus for us, but the walls are quite thin and we heard other family members wake at 0530 (baby crying). House very close to the beach which we all enjoyed and its was also in a good location for some trips out ie, Arundel, Goodwood, Portsmouth. However although the house is generally clean, it could do with a thorough clean in well-used areas and the hard to reach areas along with some maintenance. This was brought to the attention of the owner and if these were addressed we would stay again."

"Although its open-plan design meant that the house could be noisy at times with two small babies in the party, it was a super house for a big family. We have been renting holiday homes in France, Germany and UK for at least 30 years. This is the best equipped house, with 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom and high-end kitchen and laundry appliances, that we have ever stayed in. In addition, the garden is ideal for small children - a good play area, no flowers to be destroyed by small feet/balls, etc. The owners could not have been more helpful. The only drawback for us was that we couldn’t access our mobile network or the Internet without going to the beach just over 100m away. Nothing to do with the owners or the set-up. The house just happened to be in a gap in T-mobile provision. June 2010."

"Lovely property located wonderfully close to the beach. We had 3 couples with 5 small children sharing the house and it was very well equipped. It was so useful to have 2 baths, one shower, 2 washing machines, 2 tumble driers etc.. We didn’t really rate Littlehampton, loved Hotham park, mixed feelings about Butlins, loved Arundel castle and the local soft play (the flying fortress) was good too. Best of all was the beach being so close and so empty when we visited over October half term. Overall a great enjoyable holiday. Oct 2011."

"On downside, some items of equipment were faulty (no oven grill in main kitchen, some light bulbs dead, ), the carpets worn, overall the place was in need of redecoration, and most important of all no WiFi. But the owners were very helpful and the location was brilliant for a large family and two dogs. beach closeby, long walks without crowds, no parking problems. Local hostelries are OK but not always good service."
