"Primrose Cottage in Amroth was lovely, a cosy warm place to stay (we stayed the weekend just after the snow in March, most had cleared, but it was still wet and cold !!) it is in an ideal pretty location. The local beach was only a short walk down the road, and the next large village across was either a 20 mins walk along the coastal path or a 10 min drive on the coastal road to Saundersfoot, with a break of a Pub half way through. The nearest CO-OP was a 15 min drive away along the main road. (we found it expensive but convenient for our stay). Tenby was a 20 min drive away along the main road, but for those wanting a more scenic view and had a bit more time, the coastal road was nicer, ( albeit it could be a bit busy in "mid-high season" as there are a lot of Caravan/camp sites along the way ). However, the only minor niggles I need mention, were on using the hot-tub, we were to have supposedly " far" reaching views- unfortunately there was a high hedge in the way, so no views :( , and there wasn't really a hospitality package on arrival, although the owner greeted us, it would have been nice to have this, just as a starter pack...... aside those, it is all in all a lovely place, and I would recommend to a friend. it is set in an ideal location, for there are plenty of things around to do, just a shame it was only a short stay (3 nights) for us. S W Wales is a very lovely place to visit. Very Similar to Cornwall"

"We enjoyed a lovely week in this beautiful house. Tina was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The house is in a lovely, quiet location, which is just what we wanted. Amroth beach (closest to the cottage) was well set up for tourists: free easy parking, beachfront shops and restaurants, and the beach had great rock pools and sand. We also enjoyed a walk into the Colby woodland which was not too difficult for our little ones. There were lots of great beaches and attractions nearby for our young family. Folly Farm is extremely good value for money and was our best non-beach day out. Blue Lagoon water park was also good fun.The cottage was large, well laid out, clean and comfortable. It was fully equipped with everything you might need. The hot tub was large and lovely for our family to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again if we venture to South Wales again."

"Great location. Not much room in cottage but comfortable enough for two. Lack of those little 'extras' that we have usually had in most cottages we stay in and we stay in at least one every year. It is so welcoming if you find things such as milk, maybe a loaf of local bread, Welsh cakes or as often happens, a bottle of wine to welcome you. Even if the cost were upped by a tenner, the lessees wouldn't know, as that would be included within the price of the cottage and the owner would garner great goodwill from such personal touches. If tea and coffee, sugar, salt pepper etc are provided they should be of good quality and not 'old' and damp. We always bring our own anyway as most people would."

"A delightful old cottage, full of character, peaceful and secluded. A footpath walk to Colby Woodland garden made a lovely local trip, as wells walking down to Amroth beach, and there was plenty to do and see within a few miles. Our favourite day was spent visiting Caldey Island taking the boat from Tenby - highly recommended. One or two little things - the steps down to the shower room and kitchen are quite steep - we had to be a bit careful - also it would be a good idea to provide a couple of tea towels. We actually bought two in Amroth. Otherwise a lovely comfortable place to stay and enjoyed the hot tub."

"An excellent and comfortable cottage. This was our 3rd trip there which says it all! There is everything you need and being close to Amroth beach is lovely where there is also a great restaurant and cafe. The hot tub is great and keeps perfect temperature and is nice after a day out. All the appliances are straightforward which makes a change as some take till nearly the end of the holiday to work out! There are lots of great places to go in the area which means you don't spend too long in the car. The beaches are varied so you can find one to sit on at Tenby or Whitesands for surfing."
