"There is no denying the amazing views, but that's all there is and owners can't rely just on that to rent out a property. The farmers track is passable with a 4x4 as very uneven and high in certain places. If you don't have the clearance under your car you will cause damage. The cottage itself needs a bit of TLC, its a bit tired, unclean and dram. Kitchen windows are permanently misted so obscures the view. The garden is very unkempt, needs weeding, a mow and tidy. Garden furniture old and rotten, no where to eat in the garden to enjoy those views. A small old 2 set bistro set available, but can't cope with 3 people to eat or sit.The cottage smelt awful (pet ammonia smell), very over powering. I used 2 cans of air freshener to mask the smell. We have dogs and my house smells clean so its up to owners to make sure house clean before renting out. The TV is standing on a couple of 2x4 wooden blocks)...why? Property is being rented, therefore a bit of effort needed, as its not cheap to rent! Double bed is awful, springs stick up and squeaks everytime we moved. Both of us suffered sleepless nights and backache. My son got into his single bed on the first night and cried out with pain...plastic plug cover was left under the sheet?? All inside window frames covered in black mold/dirt....a quick wipe with bleach would sort this out.Neighbours dog let out at 4am every morning for an hour and it barked non stop. Not enough kitchen utilises, bowls, cutlery or crockery and only 3 of us! There is nothing nearby no shops, pub too far to walk and was never open. So you do need to drive miles to get food, which ok for us, but if in a low car it will get damaged up the dirt track.I've rented cottages over 20 years with my dogs and family, and this one is the worst, especially considering the price. But we made the most of it and enjoyed the warm weekend on the beaches."

"Ty Bach is a beautiful cottage situated in a rugged unspoilt countryside. The cottage was a great base for exploring the surrounding areas of Pembrokeshire; the coast and beaches are stunning (miles of golden sand). We loved watching seals and pups at Deer Haven, Stumble Bay and visiting Tenby (a picture perfect town). The cottage itself is a lovely flint building and the kitchen is well equipped (just a bit dated). The place was generally clean but could do with furniture being moved during cleaning as fairly dusty behind some furniture. The shower head needs replacing as was just a dribble of water but we worked round it as had baths, or used jugs. However, a replacement shower head is a simple fix and should be easily sorted. We didn’t let it bother us much as the cottage was lovely base; beds were really comfortable and it is very pleasant. We would stay again as it’s a beautiful site; the grounds are full of flowers and very picturesque. The owner introduced herself at the start but we were so busy visiting the amazing Pembrokeshire sites that we didn’t have much time at the cottage but it was a lovely base and we would be happy to stay there again"

"Lovely stay at Ty Cameron. Fishguards is beautiful little town, Ty Cameron a wonderful cottage, immaculately clean and welcoming. Amazing underfloor heating made it super cozy and hot tub was just divine. Only few things I would change would be: check in and out time- arriving after 4pm and leaving by 10am means there are nearly 2 days lobbed off the overall trip. Secondly, wifi strength was really weak and occasionally on and off throughout the trip, at times so weak that it was impossible to use. Thirdly, the cottage was pretty cold when we first arrived, and took a good day to warm through. Once it got going it was fine, but first night i was wrapped in fleece, blanket and lots of woolens to be comfortable despite turning heat up. Overall though, these were very minor challenges and it was a brilliant stay, really enjoyed beaytiful cottage and part of the country."

"Overall the cottage was great with regard to the views, position and living space. Unfortunately we had not realised how small the double bedroom and bathroom are and that getting in and out of bed can be tricky because there is so little space at the sides. The bathroom is equally very small with hardly any room to manoeuvre. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed that we have ever slept in and I urge the owner to replace the mattress as a matter of urgency. It was extremely lumpy with a dip in the middle. The kitchen and hob had been refitted and were of high quality but the oven was old, in need of a good clean and did not reflect the standard of the other kitchen appliances. I was also disappointed by the very small fridge and freezer. Not very practical especially if you have planned to self cater. We did not receive a welcome pack due to the owner being away."

"Longstone Manse, is one of the best holiday lets we have ever stayed in. The house is large, warm and furnished in a homely fashion making it a very comfortable place to stay. The facilities and utilities are first class and the hosts are welcoming and committed to ensuring that your stay is as perfect as possible. They make themselves available when required but otherwise respect your privacy. The location of the house is great, it is on a quiet lane so very peaceful and the gardens are simply stunning. It is just a few minutes by car to lovely villages and beaches like Amroth, Wisemans Bridge and Saundersfoot. The little town of Narberth is well worth a visit with lovely shops, cafes and pubs. We found the house a perfect location to explore Pembrokeshire and can only say thank you to our hosts and we look forward to a return visit."
