Tir Gafr is in a stunning location with views across the Harlech beach and the sea. Perfect for seeing the sunset and a very relaxing setting. There are no properties overlooking the house, so it's very private. It's very well equipped for a holiday rental - there was everything we needed in the kitchen. Inside the house was spacious, although there were just two of us. It was our first visit, and we had such a lovely week that we have booked again for next year. Ideal to be able to walk to Harlech town centre too. For golf fans, there are also views across the golf course. Small tip - bring an eye mask if you get woken by sunlight in the summer months, as there are no blackout blinds or curtains in the bedrooms.

We've stayed in Tir Gafr several times over the past ten years or so - and have booked again for this year and several times next year. A walk across the golf course and dunes to the almost empty beach is a treat. The house is super clean, comfortable and well-equipped. I especially like is the open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area - It means that I can cook a meal for all of us and not feel out of things! Another massive plus for us is the patio door doors wide balcony that gives spectacular across Tremadog Bay to the Lleyn Peninsula. Simply brilliant.
