Reviewers unanimously mention the exceptional cleanliness of the property, describing it as spotless and well-presented, which indicates a very high standard of hygiene and care.

The property's location is frequently highlighted for its breathtaking views and proximity to local attractions and walks, making it an ideal spot for exploring North Wales and Snowdonia.

Guests find the property comfortable, with several reviews noting the cosy feel, well-appointed rooms, and the relaxing hot tub, suggesting a high level of comfort throughout their stay.

The facilities, including the hot tub, garden, and well-equipped kitchen, receive positive remarks. However, one mention of an electricity glitch and a suggestion for a heated airer indicate there is minor room for improvement.

Many guests appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as welcome gifts and attention to detail. While these are highly valued, it is politely noted that such personal touches, though common, are not guaranteed with every stay.

Limiting the hot tub to 36C makes it less enjoyable in the winter, it may be worth considering increasing this in the colder months.
