This is an all year round destination. Enjoy paddleboarding, boating, a stroll around the lake or ride around on the steam railway in Bala which boasts cafes, pubs, shops, and a swimming pool, Marys Jones World and Wales s largest natural lake. The national park offers an abundance of footpaths and cycle routes, and superb fishing. For the more adventurous there s the National White Water Centre, Glan Y Gors Go Karting, Go Below at Betws y Coed, Zip World Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog, and the mountain bike trail centre at Coed y Brenin Forest Park, all within 15 miles. This is a lovely farmhouse with all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your stay. Enter the utility with washing machine and fridge/freezer, and plenty of space for your outdoor attire. There is also the library snug where you can relax with a good book, or the conservatory flooded with natural light to discuss the day s adventures. In the basement you will find the games room with a snooker table for all to enjoy. When ready for bed there are three bedrooms to choose from; two doubles or the twin room. Enjoy a leisurely bath or shower in the bathroom with bath, shower, and WC. The property, set on a working farm, is in an elevated position commanding rural views from its large, enclosed garden.
