This traditional end-terraced Welsh cottage has been sympathetically restored and has a lovely open plan living space on the ground floor, which features both an open fire and a multi-fuel burner. Ideally located in the village of Dolwyddelan, in the Snowdonia National Park, there are walks from the door, including the quiet and hidden valley of Cwm Penamnen, which is great for walking (including dogs). The small castle at Dolwyddelan (Cadw) is well worth a visit, and you are only 5 miles from the exciting Bounce Below and Zip World complex at Blaenau Ffestiniog. In the other direction is picturesque Betws-y-Coed with the Zip World Fforest Coaster, the market town of Llanrwst and the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno – in fact, you can hop on the train from the station in Dolwyddelan to explore these if you want to leave the car behind! Beach 20 miles. Shop and pub ¼ mile, restaurant ½ mile.

This is our favourite place in Wales! This is our second visit. It’s like coming back to a relatives house just cozy and quirky with a lovely coal fire for them autumn nights. There is a shop and pub in the village and more importantly amazing walks just up the road that are less busy than the popular areas of Snowdon. Short drives to beautiful beaches. A great base for Zip World also.Nice new bathroom that did need updating. Little air fryer that was a nice easy touch! As this like coming back to a relatives home there are a little wear and tears but nothing that would ruin your trip there is not too much space in the kitchen but the value for money is amazing and most be coming for years to come!!
