The views were out of this world. Very clean cottage with everything we needed ❤

Wow what a brilliant location, the owners seem to really know how to cater towards their guests, logs and wood fire starters for roughly 1 - 2 nights provided, extremely comfy beds, windows that gaze out across the night sky and towards the moon, within walking distance of the forest and slate scattered hills, the cottage is also looked after and catered for, first aid kit is provided as well as fire extinguishers just in case. There's also a booklet handy that gives you information on nearby establishments, where to get wood from, bin management, e.t.c. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay here, though when they say mind your head.. they mean it! A lot of history behind the cottage too which makes for some interesting extra reading for those who are keen readers.

Pretty little cottage nestled in the hills, and next to slate workings. Has a wood burning stove. Particularly convenient for walkers and adventurers (zip wire, slate caverns, canoeing etc).
