Further north is the Cambrian mountains, rich with wildlife and some of the most magnificent views imaginable. Also nearby are towns such as Lampeter for accessing some other traditional eateries and independent shops. Make sure you visit the underground adventure of Dolaucothi gold mines, owned by the National Trust. The property also benefits from being a scenic car journey away from the west coast of Wales and its picturesque beaches for those quieter afternoons, as well as the ancient market town of Aberystwyth and Devil's Bridge for all manner of tourist attractions available. Llanybydder is a market town resting in Carmarthenshire, West Wales, alongside the River Teifi. It has a small choice of pubs and restaurants for that fine dining experience, as well as some shops for picking up any last-minute essentials. Further afield is the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, rich with opportunities for walking, cycling and some lovely sandy beaches.
