Stop off for a bite to eat after exploring one of the many walking and cycle routes nearby or head into the historic Conwy town to browse its local eateries and enjoy a stroll along Morfa beach. Other nearby attractions include Conwy Water Gardens & Fishery, National Trust Bodnant Gardens, Surf Snowdonia, the seaside town of Llandudno and he various Zip World sites found across Snowdonia.

Entertainment: 50" TV in lounge and small Smart TVs in the kitchen, dining room and every bedroom. Games room in garage includes pool table, football table, dart board and various games. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside: Large enclosed garden to the rear with views of Tal y Fan mountain, rattan furniture, additional seating options and bordered by picturesque stone walls and shrubbery.

Very clean and spacious we enjoyed staying in the lovely Rowen. It was comfortable and we enjoyed using the pool table in the garage. Good parking spaces outside the property. Thank you we had a great holiday.

The house was very well located and very clean. However the kitchen was very poorly equipped (no chopping boards, no bottle opener, not enough plates so constantly having to wash etc), the gas hob needed matches to light it but there were only 2 left in the box, the bath towels were v small - had we known we would have bought our own. There was no key safe at the house which made it difficult if we were going out in 2 separate parties.
