Climb Snowdon s Summit, visit Surf Snowdonia, the Zip World Caverns and Go Below for adventures. Take a trip to Conwy Falls and Swallow Falls, pop to Dolwyddelan Castle, Conwy Castle and National Trusts Bodnant Gardens. There s lots to do at this all year round destination for an active or relaxing holiday. This attractive stone house is set on three levels with the front door leading in to hall on the ground floor. Starting on the lower ground floor, the kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with a central table perfect for morning coffee. There is also a utility cupboard housing the washer/dryer. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen has all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal for everyone, gather round the table in the dining room and plan tomorrows activities. After dinner relax in the spacious lounge which is on the ground floor, where you can watch a film on the TV or enjoy a game of table football in the conservatory which is on the lower ground floor. These rooms have wonderful views over the garden towards the river. After a full day out retire to one of the four bedrooms, all with soft towels, linen and styled to induce a good night s sleep. On the first floor there s one double and a shower room with shower and WC, on the ground floor there is one double with TV and en suite bathroom with bath and WC, on the lower ground floor there is one twin with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and one spacious king size bedroom with TV and en suite bathroom with free standing bath, monsoon shower, sauna and WC and French doors leading to the garden. This unique house is a delight to holiday in. Heading outside, the enclosed garden has access from the ground and lower ground floors of the house either down the garden steps or directly from the rooms. Mostly laid to lawns leading to the River Conwy with mature planting and the purpose built entertainment area, with paved area, BBQ, table, seating and feature roof, perfect for al fresco dining. Garden lighting adds to the pleasure of relaxing in the garden through to the evening. If you are bringing your bike or kayak there is a lockable store available and there is private parking for four cars at the property. Please note the caretaker may occasionally be on site though privacy is assured and prior notice given.
