The property generally appears clean, with tidy rooms and good bedding. However, there are mentions of cleanliness issues, particularly with the hot tub and kitchen flies due to proximity to a farm. These are isolated comments rather than a consistent theme.

The location is highly praised for its breathtaking countryside views and tranquillity, with easy access to a nearby town. The proximity to a working farm is noted but does not detract significantly from the overall experience.

Guests find the property comfortable and warm, with great bedding and a cosy atmosphere. Some concerns are raised about specific beds and a stuffy basement room, but these are balanced by positive comments on the property's spaciousness and warmth.

The property boasts a hot tub, games room, and BBQ area, which are well-received. However, there are several remarks about the need for maintenance, updates to kitchen equipment, and issues with Wi-Fi and hot tub heating times, suggesting room for improvement.

There are no specific mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate the owner's thoughtfulness. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Only niggle was the oven and hob space, we managed by juggling everything but it wasn't sufficient for 20 people.

Was perfect for the family. The location was tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. No traffic or light pollution. The rooms were all clean and airy. The view from the back of the house is just beautiful. Only one slight issue, the basement, although cosy, needed airing, it was a little stuffy there. The hot tub was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this venue for a family staycation.
