Attractively presented throughout, with beams and high ceilings adding to its charm, the cottage is perfect for a couple wanting to enjoy a relaxing break together in a beautiful rural location. The cottage is all on one floor and boasts fabulous views across the valley to the hills beyond. Step into the spacious living room and relax on the comfy sofa in front of the woodburning stove to warm up after a day's hike.
There is an attractive double bedroom, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a lovely large shower. The small, traditional village of Llangadfan in Powys is an excellent central location for exploring all of Mid Wales and beyond into Snowdonia and Shropshire. Llangadfan boasts Glyndwrs Way footpaths and the Foel Ramble, a 4 mile walk overlooking the hills of Montgomeryshire and also it is close to the Cambrian and Berwyn mountain ranges where there is wonderful scenery in all directions. The village also has a pub/restaurant and a shop/tea room, and the Cann Office Hotel, just one mile away has a bar, restaurant and gardens and was formerly Cae ’n Fos, a medieval fortified camp on a bend on the River Banwy.

It has everything you could need for a short break. Host was lovely hot tub amazing scenery outstanding. Will definetly be booking again

It's a beautiful cottage & it's in a very peaceful setting. It's worth mentioning though that if you stay for a week you'll need to furnish yourself with a few extra dishwasher tablets and an extra toilet roll - small points but worth knowing in advance. As others have said, the provision of cakes & milk was a very thoughtful & kind touch.
