This property is located amongst the breath taking hills and valleys of the Shropshire/Powys borders, allowing guests to explore the towns and attractions on both sides of the Welsh border. The stunning countryside location allows guests to take a lovely walk direct from the property s front door. The town of Presteigne offers a good range of shops and eateries. Other places of interest in the local area include The Brecon Beacons National Park, the Shropshire Hills, and the towns of Hay on Wye and Ludlow. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). A quiet, leafy lane brings guests to this single storey property, which is situated close to the owner s home, yet is not overlooked, allowing guests to enjoy their privacy. A ramp leads to the front door, bringing guests to the hallway which opens onto the lounge with its dual aspect windows with spectacular views across the surrounding countryside. The sofas are positioned in front of the wood burner to enjoy in the evenings. The kitchen/diner is a generously proportioned and well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Returning to the lounge, guests will find the door which leads them to the corridor, off from which the bedrooms are located. The first of these is a lovely double bedroom, which benefits from its own TV. The second bedroom is a pretty twin room, whilst the third bedroom is the master bedroom with a double sized bed with TV. This master bedroom also benefits from an en suite shower room with walk in shower and WC. The bathroom can be found located off the same corridor as the bedrooms, and offers a bath, separate shower, and WC. Outside, the property boasts a good sized private garden, where guests can sit and relax, making this a wonderful space from which to enjoy the views and tranquillity, and perhaps a meal. There is off road parking provided. Need to know: 3 bedrooms: 1 double with ensuite shower, basin and WC, 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower. TV and DVD, plus additional TV's in both of the double bedrooms and kitchen. Wi Fi available. Please note that due to the rural location mobile reception may vary depending on your network. Wood burner (initial supply of logs provided on arrival). Cot and highchair available by advance request. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Bed linen, electric, towels, and heating included. 1 small well behaved dog (must be kept on a lead at all times due to Livestock surrounding). Off road parking. Pub and shop 2 miles. Regret that there are no electric charging facilities at the property and will require you to charge at the nearest charging point during your stay.
