The medieval market town of Presteigne (7.5 miles), set alongside the River Lugg, boasts the timeless charm and tranquillity that Mid Wales is famous for; peruse its range of restaurants, independent boutiques and shops. Keen outdoor adventurers can explore the moorlands, narrow valleys, and steep hills of the Radnor Forest 10 miles away. The quaint town of Hay-on-Wye (16.5 miles), famed for its bookshops and stunning scenery of the River Wye, offers opportunities for canoeing and plenty of picnic spots beside the river.

- Access to cottage is along a farm lane with possibility of two gates to open and close to keep livestock safe

- Dogs can be walked in all fields surrounding the cottage and in all fields surrounding the lane used for access to/from the main road. Please keep dogs on leads if there is livestock in the same field

- Enclosed paddock can be used when livestock are not using the water. Please be considerate with the gates leading to the property and into the fields by leaving gates as you found them.
