Snaptrip says

The Rhiw is a well-received holiday lodge with guests praising its stunning views, privacy, and the luxury of a hot tub. The accommodation is described as cosy, clean, and well-equipped, providing a peaceful and romantic getaway. While some guests mentioned minor issues, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently noted the property as spotlessly clean and tidy, with only a few isolated comments about the hot tub cleanliness. The high level of cleanliness contributed significantly to the guests' overall experience.

The lodge's location is frequently described as having breathtaking views and providing a sense of seclusion and tranquillity. Some guests mentioned the remoteness and the need to drive to amenities, which is ideal for those seeking a retreat but less convenient for others.

Comfort is highlighted with mentions of a very comfortable bed and cosy furnishings. A few guests noted the compactness of the shower and the warmth of the pod during hot weather, suggesting room for improvement.

The facilities, including the hot tub, smart TV, and kitchen accessories, are generally appreciated. However, some guests pointed out issues with Wi-Fi stability, hot tub maintenance, and cooking facilities, indicating that while good, there is scope for enhancement.

Several guests were touched by the thoughtful gestures such as a welcome bottle of Prosecco and the provision of robes for the hot tub. It's important to note that such personal touches, while appreciated, may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.

It was close to the owners house however it still felt secluded and private. The cabin itself was so nice and clean on the inside and has everything you need, they left us a bottle of champagne which was extremely thoughtful. Overall the property is expensive so we wouldn't spend much longer than a weekend, however it was an extremely relaxing time in the middle of the Welsh countryside :)

We had the most relaxing four night stay. Great layout, you can step straight out of the door into the hot tub, which feels very secluded and private but still has lovely views, watched a beautiful sunrise from there, lots of different birds, and looks amazing lit by moonlight too. Thank you for accommodating our very last minute (same day booking) and very late (1am) arrival.

  • Jamie

Hot tub was ready for us on arrival and was well enjoyed after long walks. The rhiw is well located with access to north and south Wales. Thank you for a lovely stay Jamie, Peggy and Simba
