About this property

Nestled in the heart of Deganwy, a small town in Conwy, is this well-positioned dormer bungalow, Hilltops. Paces away from the beach, River Conwy, popular walking trails, and essentials, whilst featuring partial ground-floor living, an enclosed garden, and a contemporary interior, the property is ideal for a seaside getaway, for a family of six with one well-behaved furry friend. The entirety of Hilltops has been refreshed, boasting contemporary fixtures, welcoming bedrooms, state-of-the-art culinary appliances, and areas for alfresco dining, easing relaxation and your self-catering stay. Choose to dine in, gather around the woodburner, enjoy a family film night, refresh, rest and prepare for adventure from your new home-from-home. Beyond Hilltops, be greeted by the amenities of Deganwy, dotted across the marina, home to boutique shops, eateries, and the remains of Deganwy Castle; dine at The Grill Room Restaurant, overlooking the water, or head to the local Co-op for the essentials. Within walking distance, you will find Deganwy Beach, whilst across Telford Suspension Bridge, you will arrive at Conwy Castle, preserved from the 13th century, along with The Smallest House in Great Britain, standing 1.8 meters wide. Venturing towards Llandudno, discover its resident pier, home to a wide range of seaside attractions, along with its sandy promenade, or perhaps detour to Welsh Mountain Zoo, displaying an array of birds, reptiles, mammals, and big cats. Offering something for everyone, Conwy Water Gardens, Aber Falls, and Llandudno Chocolate Experience are popular attractions to add to your must-see list, whilst visiting North Wales. Enjoy your time in Conwy by booking Hilltops as your dwelling.

The town of Deganwy, located on the banks of the River Conwy at the Estuary's mouth, is a famous tourist attraction. Deganwy is home to a marina, a few shops, taverns, and restaurants, as well as the remnants of Deganwy Castle, which was completed in 1082 but later dismantled. From sea fishing, walking, and climbing in the Snowdonia range to seeing the castles, mines, beaches, and gardens of this stunning stretch of the North Wales Coast, there is something for everyone in this area. Conwy has a mediaeval castle, town walls, and a marina, as well as winding alleyways with something for shoppers and restaurants both. Deganwy is only a few kilometres from the holiday towns of Conwy and Llandudno. Llandudno was a renowned tourist destination throughout the Victorian era, as evidenced by the architecture and the magnificent promenade. The town also includes a pier with family attractions, a theatre, and a dry ski slope for the more daring! This area, which includes Deganwy, Llandudno, and Conwy, has a lot to offer the whole family.

It is in a great location sat between conway and llandudno (ten minutes each way)The house was spotless and very well equiped, comphy beds and plenty of storage. The log fire was great for chilly evenings. As a dog owner i found the local dog walkers very friendly and came from locations all over britain. We would love to return for another stay at hilltops.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and a secure, floodlit garden for our dog. Appreciated the heating being on when we arrived and the welsh cakes and milk. Loved the log burner. Would highly recommend this property but sadly we won't be able to return as it will be a dog free property from August next year.
