About this property

Perched on a lush, green hillside just 7.5 miles from the market town of Machynlleth, this stylish cabin is an idyllic setting for a romantic break in Mid Wales and perfect for couples keen to absorb Welsh history and culture. The cabin boasts panoramic views of Snowdonia National Park''s southern fringe, inviting living spaces and easy access to the popular walking trail, Glyndwr''s Way.

The single-storey cabin is set off a winding track in farmland overlooking wooded valleys and blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings. Its interior is homely and deceptively spacious, with natural light pouring in at will through large windows. Inviting chairs are arranged around a wood burner in the lounge, a cosy setting for a glass of fizz, an evening film or simply admiring the view. An ample kitchen is close by for second helpings and refills. The en-suite king-size bedroom offers a restful night''s sleep, with the bonus of stunning views through its large windows over breakfast in bed. The decked area at the front of the cabin is the perfect platform to enjoy ever-changing views during the day or cosying up around the firepit as the stars sparkle in the night sky.

The cabin is located close to the A470, Wales'' longest road. The area is a haven for walkers and it''s a scenic 1-mile journey from the cabin to the village cafe, pub and shop in Cemaes. Glyndwr''s Way, one of only three national trails in Wales, is a fantastic circular walk that takes visitors through breathtaking countryside and market towns like Machynlleth (7.5 miles), the ancient capital of Wales. The foothills of Snowdonia National Park, an astonishing natural landscape beloved worldwide, can be found within 5 miles of the cabin.
