A charming, mediaeval village in Powys near the England-Wales border. Lansantffraidd is a picturesque settlement with evidence of Roman and pre-Roman activity dating back to 2400BC. It is crossed by the rivers Cain and Vyrnwy. Offa's Dyke is only nearby and fantastic for avid walkers.  The village  boasts two nice dining pubs, two mini supermarkets, and takeaways; a lot for such a little village! Welshpool is a short drive away, as is the market town of Shrewsbury, which is well worth a visit.
